Contribute

XRONOS is a community-maintained, open science platform built on open source software. We welcome contributions of any type, from anyone, no matter how big or small. We also endeavour to acknowledge all contributions and ensure that all contributors receive proper credit for the work of compiling and curating scientific data.

This page lists some of the ways you can contribute to XRONOS today. For other collaboration opportunities, suggestions, or queries, please do not hesitate to contact the development team directly.

Contribute and improve data

XRONOS aims to catalogue all types of chronometric information from an archaeological context, from any period, anywhere in the world. We welcome submissions of new data, corrections and improvements, or suggestions of data types and sources we can add.

Public access to our editing and curation systems is currently under development. In the mean time, you can contact the development team directly. Contributions to XRONOS are made public immediately, so please ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to share any data.
